It features a tin of premium caviar, harvested from the American Hackleback, one of the true sturgeons (Scaphirhynchus platorynchus), sustainably farmed in the heart of "Caviar Country" near the fertile waters of the Mississippi River, Ohio River, Tennessee River, and Cumberland river.

Accompaniments to the Epicurean Board include premium smoked salmon, handmade blinis, crème fraîche, caperberries, a unique horn serving spoon and bottle of Charles Heidsieck Champagne. Based in the Reims region of Champagne, it is one of the best-known producers for both vintage and non-vintage cuvée.

Caviar is best paired with a great bottle of Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Blanc de Noir or Pinot Grigio.

ORDER REQUIREMENT

Please note that 48-hour advanced notice is required to fulfill all orders.

Delivery

Please note that a $15 fee is charged for delivery within New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx).

A $35 fee is charged for delivery to lower Westchester County and Northern NJ (Hudson County & sections of Bergen County).

Rush Delivery

We occasionally have the capacity to accommodate rush orders (less than 48-hour notice), however on a very limited basis. For inquiries related to same or next day orders, please contact us to inquire.
